Menomonie Hoops Club is a non profit organization. Board Advisors, Coaches and Volunteers help make this program run on their own unpaid time. Thank you for all your help and making MHC successful!!
Menomonie Hoops Club supports competitive basketball in Menomonie at the youth level. The top priority is to provide a positive competitive/learning experience for youth basketball of Menomonie. Our objectives are to teach fundamentals of basketball, encourage good sportsmanship, enhance skills, support the enjoyment of the game, and develop a team atmosphere all while having fun playing the game and enjoying healthy competition.
The Mustang Shot Club is designed to reward and encourage youth to commit to a fun and competitive personal challenge of shooting the basketball on a regular basis and tracking the number of shots made. There is no cost to participate and youth have a chance to be recognized and rewarded for their accomplishment!
Hoops youth entering grades 4-8 are eligible to participate. The Mustang Shot Club runs from June 1, 2020 to November 1, 2020, and it is never to late to start.
If a youth did not play in Hoops Club last season, but are interested in joining this year - join us in the challenge!

Menomonie Hoops Club Photo Use Policy
Board adopted 10/9/19
Menomonie Hoops Club has permission to use photographs and/or video of Hoops players at practices, games, tournaments, and other Hoops Sponsored events to be used in publications, news releases, social media posts, Hoops website, and in other communications related to the mission of Menomonie Hoops Club, unless the parent/guardian sends an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to officially opt-out of usage of your child’s image by Menomonie Hoops Club. The subject line should read: Photo Opt Out. Information within the email should include: Player’s name, grade, team/coach (if known), and the parent/guardian name. If additional information is needed, parents/guardians will be contact by a Hoops Club Board Member.
It is important to acknowledge this policy statement does not apply to the actions of private individuals who may be present at games, tournaments, or other Hoops sponsored events and only applies to photographs or videos taken by Hoops Club Board members/designees acting within their role as such.
Hoops Club Registration is now open for youth entering grades 3-8 in the fall of 2020! The deadline to be a part of the 2020-21 program is September 30, 2020.
The Hoops Club Board acknowledges that much is still unknown about how the 2020-21 Hoops Season will operate. We aim to put forth a program framework that contributes to the health and safety of our Hoops Families and Community.
If the Hoops Club Season 2020-21 is cancelled by the Board of Directors due to ongoing pandemic concerns, a full refund of the registration cost will be issued. If a uniform payment has been made, but uniforms have not been ordered, this fee will also be refunded. If the uniforms have already been ordered, the uniform fee is unable to be refunded.
If a parent makes a decision to withdraw from the season, but the Board of Directors does not cancel the season, the registration fee will not be refunded. In this case, it may be beneficial for a parent to consider purchasing the insurance policy offered via Sport Engine (the online system used for program registration). The uniform fee refund is the same as outlined above.
